Cookie Policy

Cookies and similar browser storage help a website remember a session or a preference. LOVORI uses them for the shopping bag, checkout, account access, wishlist sign-in, currency choice and protection against misuse.

These features are used when needed to provide the service you request. A cookie preference may also be kept so your choice can be remembered.

When you explicitly request bag reminders, lovori_reminder_pending connects the confirmation to that browser for up to 30 minutes. After you confirm, lovori_reminder_identity remembers the separate reminder choice for up to three days. Both are private random identifiers; they contain no email address or bag contents.

Reminder activity is used only after the separate choice is confirmed. You can stop reminders using the choice in your bag or checkout, or an unsubscribe link. These choices are separate from analytics and advertising cookies. Clearing these cookies ends the browser connection but does not withdraw an existing email choice.

Meta advertising measurement is optional and off until you choose “Allow advertising”. Essential-only shopping works normally. Email signup is a separate choice.

If you allow it, Meta receives page views and, when enabled, product views, successful bag additions and checkout starts. Eligible paid-purchase events include the actual paid amount and currency. Events may include an opaque event identifier and an advertising click identifier when available; product, bag and checkout events contain no monetary values or customer details. Meta also receives browser/network information such as your IP address and user agent when its resources are requested. Meta may associate this with your Meta account and process it internationally. We do not send your name, email, address, payment details or private order-access link as event fields. Automatic advanced matching is off. See Meta’s privacy policy.

Your choice is kept in this browser for up to 180 days. After consent, a cookie records its scope and time so successful bag additions can be measured across navigation. Short-lived event receipts expire after two minutes; a checkout-start marker is kept in this tab for up to 30 minutes. These are removed or ignored when you withdraw consent. An advertising click identifier may be kept for up to 90 days after consent. Meta advertising technologies may also use their own cookies. Use “Manage cookies” in the footer to withdraw consent; this stops future optional measurement and removes the advertising identifiers this store controls. It does not recall events already sent. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep advertising off. Browser restrictions and cleared storage may prevent measurement or cause us to ask again.

If Stripe is available and you use it at checkout, its payment and fraud-prevention features may use cookies or similar technologies. See Stripe’s privacy information. The payment methods actually offered at checkout determine which payment services you interact with.

Use “Manage cookies” in the footer to see the available choices. Essential store functions remain active. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings; doing so may empty your bag, sign you out or require you to choose your currency again.
