These terms apply when you use the LOVORI store or place an order. Read them together with our Returns Policy, shipping page, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Questions can be sent to support@lovori.shop.

The Everyday Duo includes one tote, one Mini Essentials Pouch and the tote’s LOVE-printed scarf. The Besties Edit includes two complete Duos. Choose and check every colour before ordering. Product measurements are approximate, with the stated hand-measurement tolerance. Screens and lighting can affect how colours appear.

Descriptions and photographs help explain the product. They do not replace the product details and inclusions stated for your order.

The currency, product prices, delivery charges and applicable taxes are shown before you place your order. Check this total and your delivery address carefully. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

An order confirmation records what you ordered. If a product becomes unavailable or we identify a material pricing error, we will contact you about the options and refund any amount that cannot be fulfilled. We will not substitute a different product or pairing without your agreement.

See the shipping page for delivery information. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us promptly if your address is incorrect, your parcel is delayed or you need to request a change. We check whether an order can still be amended; we cannot promise that fulfilment can be stopped once it has begun.

Our Returns Policy explains the 30-day voluntary change-of-mind offer and your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer guarantee, statutory cancellation right or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Provide accurate contact and order information, protect your account login and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. Use the store lawfully and do not submit harmful, misleading or abusive material.

Review submissions require email confirmation and are moderated before publication. Confirming an email address is not proof of purchase. Submit your own experience and only content you have the right to share. We may remove spam, personal information or content that does not meet these requirements.
